BIZTACKLE INNOVATIONS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) developed and published the SYMS mobile application (“App”) on behalf of the SYMS Club (“the Club”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the personal information of users (“you,” “your,” or “members”) who use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Note: All payments are collected manually. No online payments or credit card details are stored in the App.

7. Children’s Privacy
SYMS is a family club, and the App may include the personal details of family members, including minors, as part of a registered household membership.
The information of each family member is added and managed by the primary account holder (typically the parent or guardian).
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors without parental or guardian consent.
All personal information is restricted to the respective member’s own profile — no other member can view or access these details.
However, members can contact each other directly through in-app features such as call or WhatsApp.
